Outdoor disassembly and assembly of electromagnetic induction heating φ2000 extrusion roller sleeves

Recently, we successfully disassembled and installed the φ2000 extrusion roller sleeve of electromagnetic induction heating on site abroad. We have overcome the problem of customers returning to the factory for repair. The extrusion roller is large in volume, weighing over 100 tons. The return to the factory for repair takes a long time and the transportation cost is high.

This induction heating was carried out outdoors, and the construction environment was extremely harsh, with the outdoor temperature reaching as high as 50℃. The heating process is extremely challenging. With the persistent efforts of the construction workers, after 10 hours of continuous heating, the disassembly and assembly tasks were finally successfully completed.

The success of this electromagnetic induction heating has exercised and enhanced our ability to use the equipment in highly difficult and harsh environments, and the performance of the equipment has also withstood the test. It has accumulated more experience for subsequent induction heating. It can better serve a large number of customers.
